The nose is so complex, even before you taste it already envelops you in a world of sensation: earthiness, sweet light florals, tangy citrus.

There’s an immediate crunch from the toffee, and as you chew, the softer (minced) candied peel becomes apparent. The earthy and bold chocolate flavors hum alongside the increasing intensity of the orange, til at last you’re left with the last pleasant nibbles of orange peel.

I like that the candied orange peels are distributed evenly in very small pieces in the bar- easy breakage and even flavor. A well balanced bar with great flavor & texture!
