This is a local made bar using Tcho 70% chocolate. WOW they did not skimp on the inclusions! Even if a bit crooked they’re abundant and flavorful. You’re greeted with the fragrant cardamom first thing, and the chocolate smells pleasant as well. The bar lives up to its name: an excellent satisfying crunch with a strong flavor of cardamom. I appreciate this as it irks me when confectioners label a flavor that fails to deliver on the tongue. Not a problem here! This bar is VERY snackable.
