What a great tasting we had last night! My largest group yet, and also test-driving the new PowerPoint. There’s few things I enjoy more than standing up and waxing passionate about chocolate. It’s wonderful to see the looks of awe and amazement when people see cocoa pods on a tree for the first time, and have a new experience with tasting chocolate. The addition of cheese makes for an intriguing experience! My personal favorite combination was the @fruitionchocolate Sambriano Madagascar 74% with Camembert. I’m looking forward to more tastings in the future!
