Before I jump into eating all my new chocolate bars, I wanted to share another recent find (that will maybe help ward off the effects of sugar in all those bars? At least for my teeth!)
I heard about this new find from @openingchocolate – I showed the post to my husband and he surprised me by ordering a tube! Theodent @theodent makes toothpaste without fluoride and with theobromine as an active ingredient, which apparently helps to mineralize enamel faster than fluoride and without fluoride’s harmful health effects. I have Hashimoto’s so staying away from fluoride is important to me.
My husband accidentally bought the kid’s flavor (chocolate chip) without realizing it, but I love it! It tastes like a malted chocolate milkshake while brushing! Yet, when you rinse your mouth at the end it’s a totally clean taste, no lingering milkshake flavor 😆 So far I’m a fan! 🍫
