Local Feature! Dandelion Chocolate Factory in San Francisco
@dandelionchocolate is a great stalwart of the West Coast American craft chocolate scene, and it was a treat to visit their historic brick factory for my birthday month.
We were there on a Saturday so machines weren’t running but we had a lovely tour; my favorite part was seeing a display of all the odd things sorted out of incoming cacao sacks!
The tour is a great deal, $20 and you get (samples of course), a free drink coupon for the cafe and they give you a giant caramel confection at the end. The cafe is lovely and inviting, like all of their spaces. Plus a dazzling array of bars to try before you buy. Can’t go wrong with Semuliki Forest Uganda.
