Another big block from @whittakersnz – their classic Dark Ghana 72%. This one came to mind this week because of the continuing news of poor cacao yields in West Africa (Ghana & Ivory Coast) for 2024 and the escalation of cocoa futures. I’m really curious to see how prices for chocolate like this will be changing.
To me Whittier’s Chocolate has a very consistent style of taste, and I always get notes of peanuts, especially from this bar! A good staple bar for snacking. Stock up if you can!
