Dates & Fennel in 62% Dark Chocolate by @mirzamchocolate
This Mirzam date & fennel bar is especially delicious as it’s a filled bar- a delectable textured treat full of flavor in a thin chocolate bar shell. (How did they pack it in so neatly?)
The dates are chopped very fine but still retain a slight chew, releasing their natural sweetness along with robust licorice-y notes of the fennel. The flavors are strong but well-balanced. This bar is not a wilting flower- the dragon on front evokes the strength and flourish encapsulated in its taste!
Another flavor smash hit from Mirzam. I just wish they offered as much sourcing information about the cocoa beans as they do the dates in this bar.
