This weekend I’m focusing on some fun bars from @wellingtonchocolatefactory, starting with this Dominican Republic single origin bar. Btw, loving these beautifully artistic bars and package design!
First, a distinct nose of rum raisin!
Tart currant berries mingle with those rum raisins which quickly pave the way for strong earthy notes, with pleasant little vegetal hints popping up at moments. All this melds and mellows into a smooth luscious fudgy finish.
A delight for the eyes and the taste buds!
