I’m getting ready to conduct my first virtual Chocolate tasting next week! At first I wasn’t sure I could make it work. But everything came together, and I had a lot of fun packing each participant’s box with tasting samples, palate cleansers, handouts and more!

This is a great time of year to ship Chocolate (in the Northern Hemisphere) as I don’t have to worry about warm temperatures threatening the chocolate as it travels through the mail.
