Forest Bar by DWN Chocolate

First on my forest series: Forest Bar by @dwnchocolate 🌲
The bar is perfumed with the piney scent of a forest so it’s hard to pick up individual chocolate notes.
Neither percentage nor origin of the chocolate are given, but I would guess it’s in the high 50s or low 60s. There’s a bit of muted bitterness in the chocolate but it’s not aggressive and I think it’s well balanced by the salt and evergreen flavors.
What I really love about this bar (besides the perfect volume of pine flavor) is the crunch! The flavor and texture explosion beautifully illustrate a sense of walking in the forest and brushing your fingers along pine needles by the trail, perhaps with twigs and the last of autumn’s leaves crunching under your feet.
Glad I bought 2 of these!
