Green Bean to Bar Chocolate at 2022 NW Chocolate Festival


I spent the most money in one drop at Tokyo-based @greenbeantobar_chocolate at @nwchocolate festival, no regrets! They make an excellent product and had an impressive array of bars, including many interesting iterations of Peruvian origin. The Ho-Ji Cha bar (orange wrapper) had roasted green tea in milk Peruvian chocolate and was divine, as was the Bolivian milk chocolate. I’m very excited to try their fine looking confections (bon-bons) as well- I’ll share more soon!
