Nose is subtle, enigmatic but pleasant, with hints of flowers.
Dark cocoa flavor, with the hints of biscuit & raisin listed on the package. A bit of berry juiciness emerges at the end with the re-emergence of floral notes on the finish. A nice very dark chocolate.
Denver-based Cultura Chocolate, founded and run by chocolate maker Damaris Ronkanen, focuses on showcasing ancestral foods and traditions from Mexican culture. Their shop is also a cafe and community space that hosts workshops and events.
