Nose: Savory, almost meaty/smokey!
The green olive notes are unmistakable! Green olive with lemon peel. This leads into strong savory notes of tasty cheese and prosciutto. This bar is a charcuterie board! It’s such an interesting complement to the floral notes, which blossom after the savory notes.
I’ve never had a bad bar from Fjåk, but I think they really do a wonderful job on their origin bars- they bring out beautiful notes in the beans.
