This Ecuador Costas Esmeraldas 70% bar published tasting notes of “nutty, floral and berries.”

There’s a muted nose of fudge that belies the strength of the flavors to come.

Upon tasting there’s an immediate face punch of Brazil nuts, wrapped in strong floral notes. The floral notes continue with incredible length, slowly melding into light berry notes at the finish.

Another win in my book for Letterpress! This bar has a lot of character and more than delivers on expectations.
