Today I want to share a replay bar from my chocolate shelf! I was rummaging around the other day during a dark chocolate craving and pulled this one out from a few months ago: 70% Tanzania from @letterpresschocolate – Wow- I forgot how good it is! I’ve always had good experiences with Letterpress bars, and I love their beautiful mould!

This bar is so mild and pleasing with no hint of bitterness. I was eating it next to a 68% India bar and this one actually tasted sweeter.

At first I get some malty notes, then, as the package states, lovely breeze of green banana. The peppery mocha notes are subtle and come late.

This bar is fast becoming a new favorite!
