Another sublime @luisaabram chocolate bar that I picked up @nwchocolate festival. This one is from Acará River system on the north coast of Brazil, right below the Equator. The tasting notes say “Brazilian chestnut, caramel, subtle pineapple.” I get a mild smokiness in the opening, which always fascinates me in chocolate. I do get the caramel and then that subtle non-acidic fruitiness at the end. It’s SO smooth with not even a whiff of bitterness. Next time I see it around I’ll buy another one!
