Luisa Abram had a great day at Chocolate Festival! I was SO excited to see them- their bars are SUPERB and I hugely respect their craft. Their bars are all of Brazilian origin, highlighting the natural flavor differences of different River systems in the Amazon. I bought 3 bars (adding to the 3 I already have at home) with lovely complex flavors, most noteworthy- notes of bananas. I’m so glad we got there early! Passing their booth again at the end of the day we saw they had sold out of most of their bars (on day 1)! I’m very happy for them, and they were the nicest people ever!
