Are you ready to start hearing about all these chocolate bars I bought at @nwchocolate ?! I feel like I have to start with @luisaabram as they were the highlight of the festival for me! Their bars are all made with chocolate from different river systems in Brazil, and even regions right next to each other can taste so different! Plus their craft is excellent and they do such a lovely job making smooth, delicate and complex chocolate. This bar is from Cassiporé River and is so smooth and mild. At 70% it barely even feels like a dark chocolate, with absolutely no bitterness or astringency. I picked up subtle notes of banana the first time I tasted it. If you find this bar, buy it! You won’t be disappointed!
