I was so excited to pick up another @madhuchocolate bar: Orange & Clove! I first discovered them at @nwchocolate festival several years ago and was very impressed by the saffron bar that I got. Since then, I’ve had a hard time finding them in any local Seattle shops so it was hard to restrain myself to just one bar at The Meadow. Just LOOK at this gorgeous bar: what a beautiful mold and what beautiful inclusions! The balance of flavors is so lovely. My tongue *almost* picked up a hint of fennel along with the cloves? Or maybe that’s just my imagination? Tantalizing! This bar is a delight for the senses. 😍
