With @nwchocolate festival only 2 weeks away, I need to clear some space! I always have packages with a few last bites of chocolate left that fill up my Chocolate shelf. It pains me a little to finally eat the last bits and say goodbye to the bar. But it’s easier knowing they’re going to be replaced by a tantalizing new pile of great chocolate to discover!
