Sharing a bar from the chocolate shelf today: @miaflavour 65% Baobab and salted nib bar. I love this bar for its unique flavor, and for the fact that it’s crafted Bean-to-bar entirely in Africa!

The addition of powder from the fruit of the African baobab tree lends a mild tang which balances well with the hint of salt and crunch from the nibs. Apparently baobab is very nutrient dense (see my stories for more info).
