Sharing my recent stash from Caputos, starting with @mirzamchocolate White Chocolate Aseeda (caramelized white chocolate with cardamom).

I’ve always had good experiences with Mirzam and I’m a HUGE fan of cardamom; so I had high expectations. Unfortunately I feel like this bar fell a little short.

It did have nice creaminess (to be expected), but could be deeper in caramelized flavor (say compared to @missionchocolate Dulce de Leche bar). The cardamom provides a nice balance for the sweetness, but was too subtle for me- I wanted that piney-ness to be higher profile. (Is that a word? Lol I guess I just made that up 😆)

Overall not bad, but IMO could be improved. Still a big fan of Mirzam!
