I found @mishti.chocolate at @nwchocolate (2022) and was drawn in by one of my favorite flavor combinations: orange and cardamom! And boy can you taste them. I appreciate that they deliver plenty of flavor in the bar, since one of my biggest pet peeves is when I can’t taste the inclusion that’s advertised on the wrapper. Their lavender bar was a bit strong for my taste (and I can handle a lot of lavender), and these are at about the top of my intensity tolerance. But they’re very satisfying!

Also a lovely mother-daughter story that inspired the brand, focused on an allergen-friendly chocolate. They’re free of dairy, soy and cane sugar (sweetened with coconut sugar), but may have traces of nuts.
