Who’s a fan of GUAVA?! It’s always an immediate YES for me! Fruit and dark chocolate are always a good combination. I love how high-profile these inclusions are in these @missionchocolate bars: you can SEE, and chew, the bits of guava!

However I’m always a bit divided about these types of inclusions- part of me wants more guava flavor incorporated into the rest of the (entire) bar. I also wonder if perhaps the dark (70%) chocolate masks the sometimes subtle flavor of the dried fruit. I’d love to try guava paired with a dark milk or a 55-60% dark.
