Nose is muted with gentle hints of spices.
The flavor likewise is muted, unfolding slowly. The understated hints of nuts and spices usher in a moody darkness. This bar tastes a lot darker than 71%, with a soft bitterness yet no astringency. Brazil nuts and those gentle spices hum along as the finish as the bitterness fades.

Tbh it’s not my favorite single origin bar, but I’m glad I got to try a new region I haven’t had before!
