Excited to share this olive oil and sea salt bar (72%) from @raphio.chocolate . I love an olive oil bar- if you’ve never tried it, it lends an indulgent extra creamy mouthfeel. Paired with the tiny flavor bombs of salt crystals- it’s a party in the mouth! Raphio hasn’t listed the origin(s) of the chocolate in this bar, but the chocolate is strongly citrusy and a little fruity (maybe Madagascar??) It’s a really interesting pair with the greenness of the olive oil. My tasting partner didn’t care for it but I sure did!
