I was so excited to be able to visit Ritual Chocolate @ritualchocolate Headquarters in Heber on my trip to Utah last week!
They have a lovely shop and cafe space where you can find all their bars and sip a lovely liquid chocolate concoction of your choice. Self-serve samples accompany each chocolate bar on their shelf to help you taste their library and find what you like.

Sadly their factory tours aren’t available yet (scheduled for this fall), so I will have to come back to check that out!

There are chocolate books scattered along the seating wall to temp you away from your laptop while sipping your mocha, and the back wall features a quirky collection of chocolate-themed art (as well as homages to local and international landscapes).

Even their bathroom is beautifully branded! Walking down the hall to the bathrooms you pass multiple tantalizing closed doors that certainly contain Willy-Wonka level factory wonders! I WILL be back someday to peer behind those doors!
