Rosemary & Vanilla 54% milk chocolate by @heritage_chocolate
A great bar. Beautifully sweet and creamy (seems sweeter than its 54%). The rosemary (featured for #tttt_r ) isn’t too strong (ie to the point of piney astringency) but plays harmoniously with the vanilla.
In fact, call me crazy but the combination evokes a completely new flavor on my palate-
the earthy mellowness of Shiitake mushrooms! This mixes with vanilla perfume and sweet herbaceous notes for a mellow, dreamy milk chocolate experience.
This bar is also made at origin- a fully Dominican product 🇩🇴 and won Silver at this year’s Craft Chocolate Challenge. 🎉
