I’ve been snacking on this one a LOT and it just grows on me more and more. It’s just such a great, flavorful single origin bar. No surprise it’s won many awards, including FIVE GOLD MEDALS in 2025 via International Chocolate Awards (for categories of Americas, Colombia, Chocolate Maker, Direct Traded & Growing Country!) The square box includes two of these bars.
Nose is big on raisins, also wine & spices with hints of coffee. Tiny hints of cinnamon on the opening.
Rich flavors open up: floral, spices, fruity. Creamy yogurt tartness notes make the mouth water towards the end. Nice fragrant aftertaste on the palate! Exceptional!
