Local Feature! I’m lucky to live super close to @spinnakerchocolate in Seattle! With so much chocolate out there it’s easy to get distracted so it took me awhile to visit their shop, but I had an impactful experience at their @nwchocolate festival booth. (In short: Uganda truffles = DIVINE)

Their space is small and immersive: only a few sacks of cacao beans separate the retail floor from their factory! This is truly (small) craft chocolate. (They even have a cool vintage restored roaster on display, though it’s not used for the beans).

Seriously though, those single origin truffles with Uganda chocolate? So incredibly BUTTERY- I’ve never tasted anything else like it! Thank goodness I live so close by, for easy restocking…😆
