Nose: creamy earthiness, no hint of spruce yet.
Taste: SWEET! (In a good way, not overpowering). Nutty and creamy notes of brown sugar pears, and a strong fruitiness. I hardly get much spruce (the minty finish is barely perceptible) but it’s an incredible mellow, sweet and enjoyable bar!
