Toffee & Coffee 72% Dark by Mirzam Chocolate

This Toffee & Coffee 72% Dark by @mirzamchocolate is another flavor home run, no surprise there!

The nose has slightly earthy notes from the Tanzanian beans, mixed with faint coffee notes.
As expected, the taste opens with strong coffee notes- it’s giving: “they’re not messing around” 😎☕️
The toffee provides a satisfying crunch at first, melting into a dark caramel flavor at the end that lingers delectably with the coffee. A finish that leaves your tongue searching all traces of your mouth for any lingering bits of flavor, ready to snap off another piece of the bar!

Maybe this was a limited edition bar because it doesn’t appear on Mirzam’s or Caputo’s website (I got it at the last @nwchocolate festival). Anyone else tasted this one lately?
