I just had to share any this exciting drink I found at @traderjoes – get this: it’s juice from the fruit of the cacao pod (cacao pulp). 🤯😍
I’ve tasted this before, on a cacao farm in Hawaii straight from the pod. I’m amazed (and also curious) what supplier is able to collect and bottle this at such a high volume!

Who knows how long it’ll be around- so go try it! When else are you going to be able to taste cacao fruit?!

I describe the taste as a bright and mild mix between lemonade and coconut water, with slight notes of banana.
