🍯 Goma (toasted sesame) is my favorite, with that delightful nuttiness and hints of burnt caramel.
🫘 Anko (red bean paste) brings a robust texture to the ganache.
🍊 Mikan (Mandarin) has just a little hint of delicate orange.
