Tupi Phillipines 75% dark by @kasamachocolate
Nose: roasty cacao husks, coffee, tea, tiny hint of smoke.
At first there’s light coffee and herbal (lightly floral) tea notes, then roasted cashews. The finish cozies up with creamy mild yogurt notes- this dark chocolate feels milky at the end.
I don’t get the toasted coconut notes they listed on the package, but the creamy sweetness of their dulce de leche description hits!
On the finish this bar ends up tasting sweeter than a 75%, if I were blind tasting I’d probably guess 68%. A great bar for your friends who “don’t like dark chocolate” 😉
